This past year has been incredibly tough on our mental health and even as we resume normality, it it is perfectly okay to feel anxious and overwhelmed.
My passion and purpose for being here is to share with you what I’ve learned throughout my yoga and mindfulness journey. Including all of the elements that have both inspired and supported me on my journey into motherhood, from movement to breath work. My intention is to create a safe and empowering space for you to explore your mind, body and soul and enable you to live a life that truly ignites you.
Yoga and Meditation have supported me through past debilitating illnesses and anxieties. My hope is to inspire you to thrive and feel stronger and calmer within yourself.
You can also practice with me on my Intuitive Soul Sanctuary member’s space. This is a beautiful online community and home to an eclectic library of self care rituals, meditations, yoga classes and workshops; both pre-recorded and live.
