Initial Assessment - Lucy Upton | Paediatric Dietician

Time: Approximately 1 hour

Initial assessment includes:

• Full dietetic assessment including; growth, feeding history, medical history, allergy history (as required), mealtime assessment, dietary and/or feeding assessment, mealtime or feed observation (as required)
• Individualised advice and recommendations 
• Follow-up report with written guidance and resources

Cost: £195

CANCELLATION POLICY

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled after this time will be charged at 50%. Non-attended appointments will be charged at the full rate.

TRAVEL CHARGES

Travel is charged at 65p per mile petrol allowance, plus £50 per hour for dietitian’s travel time. Mileage is calculated from The Children’s Dietitian company base; 46 Pitmaston Court East, Goodby Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8RL
