Follow Up Consultation with Dr Jose Costa

Following an initial consultation appointment, you will receive a letter detailing a description of what was discussed in the clinic, diagnosis and provisional diagnosis and recommendations for future intervention, treatment or further tests/investigations. Please note that we require more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, there will still be a charge for the appointment.
