Abby Marcus

Abby is the founder of Bread+Butter; a specialist coaching company on a mission to ‘help working parents thrive’. She is an ILM qualified Executive Coach, Business Psychologist and Mum of two young children.

Abby is passionate about wellbeing and likes to work with clients to develop their confidence and personal brand, particularly after parental leave. She is a big believer in ‘work life harmony’ and since the pandemic, a lot of her work has been centred around helping working parents succeed professionally without sacrificing at home.

Her coaching style is open, warm and down-to-earth with a focus on creating positive and long-term change. She has coached individuals at Farfetch, LoveCrafts, Diageo, Media Arts Lab, Blumhouse Productions, Browns, Unmind, WeTransfer, King’s College London and The Information Lab.

Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, going out for dinner with friends and pursuing her new interest in spinning.
